All systems green and we’ve launched.
The engines have been started, the tires are warm and the green flag has dropped.
The little engine that could has declared that it can and the hill has been conquered.
And we are on Go.
The dream of so many for so long has finally come to pass – the online campus of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock had it’s debut Sunday on Jan. 9th, 2011 and over 670 players (not people, which is probably much higher) tuned in to some phenomenal worship and a game-changing message on the marriage relationship.
The host team for the online campus – Will Crawford, Jon Dodson, Lannie Byrd and myself – are like kids in a candy shop because we are seeing the mission of Fellowship come alive in places we have only dreamed about reaching, but have known for years that it was possible.
The good news is that the online campus continues each and every week with it’s flagship offering of Sunday morning services at 11AM CST via the ONLINE CAMPUS page at FBC’s website. And if you missed it, you really should check out Tim Lundy’s message on the marriage relationship – the first in a multi-part series on relationships. He did a great job helping both wives and husbands better understand their role in marriage according to 1 Peter 3:1-9. This, as well as other great messages, can be found on the church’s sermon archive page.
As the weeks progress, we hope you’ll come visit and tell others about this new connection point to FBC. We are only getting started and would love to hear from you about what you see this becoming and what possibilities you see for this tool to make an impact on God’s Kingdom.
